Due to the high demand for rennovations of real-estate projects from our clients, Middelland has formed an alliance with a team of young architects with experience in renovations and interior design of private villa’s in the whole of Europe. This team draws up preliminary designs in cooperation with clients. A quote is then offered once local partners have been approached for the build. Once the client has approved the quote and final design work is carried out under the guidance of our partner engineer, located in Split. This is all done without clients having to go to Croatia.
In this way there should be no obstacle to buy and renovate that beautiful old stone house by the sea….
