Het is 2012 en over 1 jaar treedt Kroatie toe tot de EU. Middelland probeert de hernieuwde interesse in Kroatisch vastgoed in juiste banen te leiden door goed inzicht te blijven geven in de markt. 

Op donderdag 29 maart a.s. om 19:00 vindt in het Landgoed Eikenrode in Nieuw Loosdrecht (tussen A27 en A2) een evenement plaats waarbij u geheel op de hoogte wordt gebracht van de situatie in de Kroatische markt, wat worden de toplocaties, welke stappen moet Kroatie nog zetten, etc. Daarnaast zijn twee projecten, met elk een eigen rendements-risco-profiel, uitgenodigd om zich te presenteren.
