Position
The property is placed on a steep hill with stairs and romantic pathways connecting them. These paths lead to two other ruins on the land plot that can be renovated in the future. These ruins are not physically connected to the other houses and are actually maintained well and give the whole estate a very romantic setting.
On the highest point of the property there is a large circle chaped open flat area that can be used perfectly for making a swimming pool, using the shed as swimming pool house.
Location
The house is located near Omis, in Dalmatia, and is ca. 1 hour away from Split international airport and close the main North-South highway exit. Omis is one of the most spectaculair parts of the Dalmatian coast, where the white water river Cetina breaks through the mountains and meets the sea. This part of Dalmatia has many small secluded beaches and Omis has large beaches. The sea cristal clean.
